Appointment Details: Access & Functions
First, you will need to be in the Campus Calibrate area of the ConexED user panel and within a Group. Once in a specific Group within Campus Calibrate, the Calendar view will come up first. Please access the Appointment Details from the Calendar View and by clicking onto the appointment. It will be color coded by location type.

Click onto the appointment in the list to access the Appointment Details panel.
The Appointment Detail Functions & Features
The Appointment Detail page will allow you to access all of the information about the appointment and also alter details if needed. Staff and front desk can also access other information such as the Intake Form, Staff Review Form, and reported Notes and Reason Codes functions.
First Tab: Appointment Info
The Appointment Info tab has the details of the scheduled appointment such as:
- staff member
- student name / student ID / student contact information
- Meeting subject
- Scheduled start/end time
- Scheduled reason codes (the reason code selected by the student when or front desk agent scheduled the appointment)
- When the meeting was created
- Appointment location
- Meeting type
- Active field for “Actual Start” and “Actual End” times that can be altered by staff members for reporting accuracy
Second Tab: Intake Form
The Campus Calibrate Intake Form is a customizable form that each Group can tailor to ask specific questions when a student schedules an appointment. The Intake Form goes beyond simple Reason Codes and will generate a report for predictive analytics. The Intake Form is a great way to qualify a student or simply get to know a student before the appointment.
The Appointments Details > Intake Form view allows staff members to see what the student filled out when scheduling the appointment. This information is also sent to the staff member and student in the email confirmation and located in the Outlook appointment scheduled event. This is great information that again, can be customized for each Group.
Third Tab: Staff Review Form
The Staff Review Form is also customizable for each Group within Campus Calibrate. This form generates a detailed report and also syncs with the predictive analytics within Campus Calibrate.
The Staff Review form was built for a “follow up” to the appointment. Staff can review the appointment and also make recommendations and next steps suggestions for the student to take. The Staff Review Form can then be saved within the Campus Calibrate system and also sent to the student so that they can have the follow up information.
It’s a great way to follow up with your students!
Fourth Tab: Notes and Reason Codes
The Appointment Details > Notes and Reason Codes tab allows the staff member to select the “Reported Reason Codes” and add “Notes” to the appointment specifically designed for accurate reporting for reports such as Student Success and Support Program (SSSP) and Management Information Systems (MIS).
