The new Workshop Registration button is a great way to have student register for an online orientation, probation, or online classroom meeting. Staff and faculty can customize the registration form, set recurring workshops, and determine the number of seats available for each online Classroom workshop.

Here are the steps to enable the button and customize the registration form:

  • Go to “Customize Card” and check the box for “Show Workshop Registration button on my ConexED Card”

  • Click onto the “Classrooms” section and create a “Classroom Registration From”

  • Customize the Registration From by using the drag/drop form builder and hit “Save” to save the form

  • Go to the “Schedule Classroom Meeting” within the Classroom sub-navigation and schedule the Classroom Meeting

  • End with selecting the Number of Seats and select the Registration Form then hit “Create Meeting”

  • To make the Classroom/Workshop recurring, go to the Upcoming Classroom Meetings sub-navigation and click onto “Copy” and select the date
