  3. Instructor/TA — using Share Screen, post how-to videos by recording a series of steps in programs like Excel or SPSS
  4. Admissions, Registrar, IT Support, Advisor, Alumni Relations, Librarian, etc. — post recorded steps on how to navigate website, post it for website visitors
  5. Instructor — assign students to submit their own how-to videos of recorded steps to complete a complex task when learning to use new software
