Campus Calibrate: Group Users Tab
Add Group Managers, Staff members and front desk agents to a ConexED Student Services Group. Customize staff member’s schedules based on availability and reason codes.

Quickly add Group Managers, Staff members, and front desk agents by typing in their name. Their profile will appear and you can click to select their account to be added to the appropriate level of access.
***The person needs to have the right level of ConexED role type to be added to the Group Users sections. If you need to have an upgrade or request an upgrade for your team member, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Group Managers can schedule office hours for the Staff Members that are associated with this ConexED Group and who are listed in the Group Users section. Click onto the calendar icon and select a block of time. You have the option to make it recurring for specific days up until a specified date. The ability to offer students to self schedule for a Cranium Cafe video meeting and a campus physical location within the same block of time will allow more options to students.
